Dr. Uyi Iluobe's Death: Cultists Responsible

The Delta State Police Command has refuted claims that one Dr. Uyi Iluobe was killed by relatives of a patient, at his hospital in Oghara.

It was gathered that Iluobe was murdered on December 31, 2022. The Nigerian Medical Association claimed that the doctor was killed by a relative of a patient.

However, on Tuesday dated 3rd January, 2023, the Police Public Relations Officer for the state command, Bright Edafe, noted that the act was allegedly carried out by suspected cultists.

He went on to reveal that the suspected cultists came into the hospital with the pretence of being patients and shot the doctor while he was attending to them.
